Demon Overflow Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Demon Overflow" (恶魔洪流, the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. Please read this policy carefully before using the App; by using the App you agree to all of its terms.

2. Information We Collect

The App is a single-player game. It does not require an account, and we do not store any personal information on our own servers. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only.

Data collected by AdMob is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy (see Section 3). We do not access, sell, or share that data ourselves.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob (ads): used to display in-app advertising. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. You can manage tracking permission in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking", and turn off personalized ads in "Settings → Apple Advertising".

Before ads are first shown, the App presents a Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form letting you choose personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change this choice at any time in the App's ad settings.

4. How Information Is Used

• Game progress and settings are kept locally on the device so the game runs correctly;
• AdMob uses identifiers for ad serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and ad performance measurement;
• We never sell or rent your personal information, and never use it for any purpose beyond the App's own functionality.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details below and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security & Retention

The App has no cloud storage of its own. Locally stored game data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App. Data collected by AdMob is processed and retained by Google under its privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

• Change tracking permission or reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings;
• Decline personalized ads via the in-app consent form or ad settings;
• Delete all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or in App Store release notes.
